Harris CapRock Provides Desktop and Technician Support for Chevron in Gulf of Mexico

Requirements:
- Provide dedicated telecom technicians to support Gulf of Mexico interests, reporting to local Chevron
IT coordinator
- Properly trained technicians to meet all safety standards
- Technicians based out of two Chevron regional locations
- Technicians to become proficient in the use of Chevron software systems to maintain work log and
proper documentation

Challenges:
- Replace existing vendor’s technicians
- Provide high-quality personnel required to minimize disruption
- Utilize technicians to support Chevron-owned and vendor equipment
- Meet Chevron’s scheduling requirements

    Harris CapRock Solution:
    - Provision five experienced Harris CapRock technicians to provide offshore/onshore IT services
    - Select members of pre-existing support group to transfer and transition to Harris CapRock
    - Implement a scheduling policy exclusive to dedicated technicians
