DigiTalk - User Guide
To access the DigiTalk System, dial 6 from a DigiTalk enabled phone or dial 0800 027 6677 toll free from a UK landline. Standard calling rates apply outside the UK.
From the main menu you will be asked to select from the following options:
To make a call
1. Enter your PIN number (this can be found under the scratch panel on the card). You will be advised of the balance on the card, followed by a dial tone.
2. At the tone, dial the full number. For example:
3. Once you have finished your call, hang up or press the hash/pound key twice (##) for a follow-on call.
Note: You can also find instructions for making a call on the reverse of your Calling Card.
How to top up your DigiTalk Calling Card using a credit or debit card
1. From a DigiTalk enabled phone, dial 6 or dial 0800 027 6677 toll free from a UK landline (standard calling rates apply outside the UK). Follow the voice prompts to top-up your calling card balance using a credit/debit card.
2. To use a credit/debit card, you will need the following information at hand:

3. Enter your calling card PIN number.
4. Enter the full credit/debit card number, followed by the # key.
5. Enter your VALID FROM date as MM/YY followed by the # key.
6. Note: If you do not have a VALID FROM date, press the # key.
7. Enter your EXPIRY Date as MM/YY followed by the # key.
8. At this stage, some cards may also ask for an ISSUE number.
9. Enter the top-up amount in whole pounds followed by the # key.
Note: You may be entitled to Bonus Units. The qualifying values are:
10. Select 1 to proceed with the transaction, or select 2 to start again.
11. Selecting 1 will convert your added funds to units and any Bonus Units earned will also be applied at this time. When the transaction is complete, you will be advised of your new balance.
12. You can now make a call.
How to top up your DigiTalk Calling Card using a Top-Up Voucher
1. Dial 6 from a DigiTalk enabled phone or 0800 027 6677 toll free from a UK landline (standard calling rates apply outside the UK). Follow the voice prompts to top-up your calling card balance using a Top-Up Voucher.
2. To use a Top-Up Voucher, you will need the following information at hand:
3. At the prompt, enter the PIN number of the calling card you wish to top up. When prompted, enter the PIN number of your Top-Up Voucher. You will now be informed of your new balance.

New card issues
Corporate customers
We sell our DigiTalk calling cards in preset quantities and deliver them to an agreed contact on site.
Individual DigiTalk users
You can purchase a new DigiTalk calling card from the nominated contact at your work site. Once you receive your card, scratch off the panel on the back of the card to reveal your unique PIN number.

Dial 6 from a DigiTalk enabled phone or 0800 027 6677 toll free from a UK landline (standard calling rates apply outside the UK). Follow the voice prompts to purchase a new DigiTalk calling card.
Have your credit/debit card information available when you call. The following cards are accepted:
Upon authorization, your card will be credited with the number of units equivalent to the cash value you specified and you will be provided with your permanent PIN number. You may now begin using DigiTalk immediately. When required, DigiTalk units may be added using the either a credit/debit card or Top-Up Voucher.
Note: The cardholder is responsible for ensuring the security of the card.
How to purchase a Top-Up Voucher
Corporate customers
We sell our DigiTalk Top-Up Vouchers in preset quantities and deliver these to an agreed contact on site.
Individual users
You can purchase a Top-Up Voucher from the nominated contact at your work site.
Calling Card Details and Top-up Bonus Information
Consists of information on the current (if any) DigiUnit bonus offer for adding time units to a DigiTalk card
